Contrary to popular belief masturbation does causes one penis to lengthen . I know because I am 5-7 and my penis when hard is eight inches. I've seen different sized condoms in drug stores and on the Internet for sale. You may have to try a different brand. I guess you could consider it a "privileged problem".

ok I know you said that penis size is genetic and there are no known methods for increasing size and well I'm not a pro but isn't the penis made up of erectile tissue, tissue that can be compared to muscle tissue in some respect so in theory can there be ways to increase penis size in the same manner that is used to increase muscle size?
The penis is not a muscle, and erectile tissue is more like a sponge-type tissue that fills with blood. Muscles are not even constructed from the same type of cells.

hey i'm 14 years old and I do weightlifting in my bedroom often somebody told me that it makes your penis smaller and stunts your growth is this true? I'm starting to think mine is getting smaller it is 11.1cm on a flop and 16 cm when erected soo does it stunt you and make it smaller and is my size usual thanks?
They are wrong. Steroids are sometimes abused by bodybuilders. Steroids may shrink your genitals, but weightlifting does not.

You have done some research if you know about the Tanner Stages. At stage 2, the penis is still not developed. At 16, I think the average stage would be 4 or 5. However, I'm not sure you can effectively evaluate yourself as being at stage 2. You may actually be more developed than you feel. This kind of analysis would have to be done through an examination by someone who seen many people in all stages of development, such as a physician

You could have a blood test to see if your hormone levels are normal. But sometimes the penis is just not fully grown yet at that age.

I felt that I should express this to most of the men who will be reading this. Everybody is different. I have talked to a few of my female friends and they seem to agree what length is good but girth [width] is better since you are more likely to stimulate the nerves in the clitoris. Remember that. Chances are if you pay attention to that little button [the clit] the woman will be happy. Normal is fine, large is ok, but you should make sure you trust the person you are with. Not a question, just a comment or two. I like your chart that shows that men will exaggerate the size of their penises when relied upon to measure their own. I've read through most of the dialogue on penis size but don't see where you state the most common method for measuring length and girth. Erect length is usually measured at the top or along the side, with the ruler gently pressed against the pubic bone, to the tip. Girth is measured around the center portion of the shaft. When I use these methods mine measures 7" X 5". (Which, by the way, gives me about five and a half inches of "usable" length). But, seven inches sounds so much better, doesn't it? I question the validity of most of the claims out there of having lengths of nine and ten inches. I wonder how these measurements were derived. If I measured from my asshole out I would be a foot long.
To be totally honest with you, there is no law when it comes to measuring penis size. Of course you will see plenty of instructions on the Internet telling men to measure along the top. That ensures the shortest length. Therefore, if everyone measures along the top, then certain companies that sell penis enlargement products will make more sales.
