Editor's UPDATE: The circumcision issue has been recognized as a suggestion here on this site. I am just not able to start a section on it because it might get too much for me to edit. If someone is willing to write a 500-1000 word editorial on the topic, it can be given its own page.

Does being circumcised help or hinder your sexual experience? Though this would be best answered by guys who have been sexually active with and without the foreskin. I am not talking about babies who were circumcised, but puberty through to adulthood who have had the procedure done and can comment on how sex is pre and post circumcision.

Hi there: I would like to suggest a study that distinguishes between sexual and romantic orientation (as males, in particular, have no problem divorcing sex and romance). That study, in turn, is suggested in the context of what follows:

Dear Readers: People continue to lump sexual, romantic, and even platonic feelings together under "sexual" orientation, when the reality is that each of the three is an independent variable. Males, in particular, have no problem separating sex from romance. For example, when straight guys say things like, "I'm not gay. I just like cocks in my mouth," what they mean is that they are heteroromantic (straight in the romantic sense). In short, romantic orientation is what people mean by “sexual” orientation. But even though these guys are heteroromantic, they are bisexual in the purely SEXUAL sense........

However, from what I have seen, there is no way to respond "yes" or "no" to questions - for a result based in percentages. It seems to me that there should be a quwstion which distinguishes between the first orgasm and first ejaculation. I learned to masturbate to orgasm when I was ten years old, and masturbated regularly after that. But it wasn't until I was 13 that I began to ejaculate -- more than three years. It wasn't until I was almost 14 that the ejaculate was copious.

I just answered the sexuality survey for men. One of the questions asked what we felt was the most influential cause for sexual orientation. I checked 'none of the above' but ONLY because you didn't offer the answer I would have selected -- and that is "I don't know." This is not, by any means, a lethargic, apathetic response. I have questioned my sexual orientation more than I have questioned any other factor about myself. Bar none. Perhaps this bit of honesty would be useful as an option for answering this question. Second comment -- I read the portion about penis size and I applaud you. There is so much bulls**t out there (especially on the Internet) about this topic. I'm willing to bet more lies are told about a man's penis size than most subjects lied about. There aren't nearly enough sites honest enough to forward the truth about the scams so prevalent about stealing money from men based on their insecurities in regard to their anatomy. Your reasoning as to why it's out there is excellent; namely, who is going to take them to court about no penile growth? and the way they're making money, if by nothing else, is via shipping and handling (which happens to be a major economic factor in our society's commerce). Again, I applaud you. Thank you.

However, to add an "I don't know" choice at this point would be a problem because the question has already had thousands of responders. When I wrote the question, I think I was looking at it from the point of view that "WE" as a species simply do not know the whole answer. I am an older male and remember the shorts and swim suits we wore that allowed us to enjoy the beach or sports. I coach some little league basketball and find that the long (below the knee) suit get in the way of the robust activity on the floor. This is not limited to Little league, watch some sports on TV. Girls on the other hand can wear shorts so short that they don't realy cover the issue, not only on the bottom but skimpy halters (Bras) that let almost everything hang out. The girsl get a lot of attention, being a male I don't object but is it fair that men are so "henpecked" that we must allow the fashion world push this on us?

I am a 82yo male. In my early years in grade school I joined a BARE HEAD CLUB where a gang of us boys would pull our foreskins back and leave them off while we masturbated and sucked them. I was able o leave the skin off all through high school and the girls liked it but when WW2 came I went into the Navy and they discouraged the practice and I pulled the skin back up for the 6 years. Do men really feel pain in their balls if they get an erection and do not ejaculate their semen? Or is that just a myth to get women to feel sorry and allow full intercourse?

Editor's Note: That is a fact, but usually only if there has been a long period of time with no ejaculaiton. The sincere purpose for having pictures of the penis was strictly to dispel the myths that penis enlargement scams and other schemes want to sell. I was wondering if there could be a topic(or innovation) directed getting to know, or rather to put a face on the people who write to this site. What their ethnicity is and their upbrigning as well as age. Im always looking to read posts from people who are much like myself. Most of what people write is very interesting, but some alien to me, especially under the under some sections. Hope something can be implepmented. it would be nice to get an idea of where the people here are comming from. It might attract a bigger demographic if lets say an asian person stumbled upon this site and could relate to a post and know that it was written by another person of his heritage. Anyways its just an idea, bye now.

I find "natural" pubic hair on a woman very attractive. The current trend of shaving, waxing and trimming is disturbing to me. I do not think I am alone on this subject. I believe most American and European men feel the same as I do about this and I would like to see more discussion on the subject.
